Teaching Trust: Seeking Director of Program Evaluation

Reporting to our Chief Learning Officer, our Director of Program Evaluation is charged with building and executing a program evaluation plan that aims to provide meaningful and actionable insights regarding programmatic effectiveness. This plan will also inform our understanding of what elements of our program models are critical for achieving impact in the communities we serve and for scaling up our work.

The Director of Program Evaluation is the primary owner of our key evaluation processes including (but not limited to):

  • Developing logic models and theories of action to inform our program strategy

  • Preparing and managing data collection plans

  • Providing regular reports and analyses to inform organizational decision making

  • Recommending and implementing key evaluative measures

  • Collaborating with the Data Science team to help foster a data-driven culture

  • Supporting teams with the creation or revision of data collection tools, and ensuring both that the proper data entry tools for recording data are in place and that program teams are consistently collecting and entering necessary data

  • Reporting and presenting key findings and implications to key internal and external stakeholders in a clear and trust-building way
