Chantel L. Hobbs, M.Ed

Chantel L. Hobbs is the Founder and Advocacy Consultant of CLH Social Solutions. She is known for her ability to facilitate dialogues on matters relating to unlearning racial and gender bias, as well as maximizing the potential of individuals and organizations to become advocates for social and racial justice. Chantel also utilizes her professional experience as a Racial Equity Consultant and Workforce Development Specialist to advise organizations and corporations in creating diverse, inclusive and equitable work environments, while also aiming to advance leadership pipelines for women and people of color.
